Analyst IV, Finance

• Analyze and interpret past and future business performance
• Provide financial analysis and explain results to clients monthly, quarterly and annually
• Provide financial support for clients’ business strategies
• Develop, maintain, analyze and discuss financial reports with clients
• Lead forecasting of financial and operational results for planning, budgeting and decision-making
• Ensure appropriate resource allocations and accounting
• Develop and interpret complex financial models using concepts such as NPV, IRR and DCF
• Build relationships with assigned clients and provide requested financial support
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of financial systems and processes for supported business areas
• Improve processes related to assigned responsibilities
• Guide analysts and project teams and collaborate with Finance, Accounting and customers
• Communicate findings and impacts effectively to customers and management, including VP-level customers

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial discipline or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting related position
• Proficient with Financial Reporting tools
• Business Objects, SAP–BPC and People Soft experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers of varying backgrounds and business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to self-prioritize workload and manage and communicate resource conflicts
• Ability to analyze data or processes and propose solutions
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and product lines
• General knowledge of finance/accounting principles
• Ability to work in a team setting, directly and indirectly
