Director of Finance

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Base

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:

• Lead the Accounting & Finance function, including month-end and year-end close processes.
• Drive strategic initiatives and oversee implementation of major business systems and process improvements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Evaluate and improve financial, accounting, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Develop, mentor, and lead the finance team.
• Provide financial recommendations and insights to leadership and the Board.

Qualifications for the Director of Finance:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience creating and managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prior experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership, ownership groups, or Boards.
• CPA preferred.
