DutiesAdvise investment funds throughout their lifecycle. Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit. Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies.
RequirementsThree to five years of relevant experience preferred. Active bar license in the state of application or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree.
CertificationsActive bar license.
SkillsExperience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds preferred. Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate exceptional judgment. Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
