Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Associate in Madison, WI. The candidate should have at least four years of tax credit experience, with a preference for those familiar with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Candidates in St. Louis are strongly preferred.
Duties- Advise clients on tax credit matters.
- Collaborate with teams on real estate finance projects.
- Engage in New Markets Tax Credits transactions.
- Maintain active communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum of four years of tax credit experience.
- Experience with real estate finance preferred.
- Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active bar license.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and dynamic approach to work.
