We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of skincare treatments to enhance clients’ skin health and appearance while providing exceptional customer service and consultations. This role requires a passion for skin health, a commitment to ongoing education, and the ability to foster lasting client relationships with strong sales skills.

• Answer phone calls and messages from clients, scheduling or rescheduling appointments.
• Keep track of membership clients and maintain member retention.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, perform laundry and put laundry away.
• Create social media content from real treatments and post 3-4 times a week.
• Call one-time clients to re-book appointments.
• Ask clients for Google reviews after seeing positive results.
• Obtain consents for photo release and use before and after pictures on social media.
• Review and learn all products carried, educating clients.
• Perform a range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.
• Provide expert recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
• Offer personalized skincare advice, educating clients on routines and product use.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess skin type, concerns, goals, and develop customized treatment plans.
• Maintain a welcoming environment prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and products that align with client needs.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Efficiently manage appointment schedules to maximize client satisfaction.
• Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products.
• Assist in training new staff members on best practices and service protocols.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Esthetics industry.
• Strong sales skills.
• Proficient in a variety of cosmetics and skincare products.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, including maintaining client confidentiality.
• Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.

• Madison, WI

• 8-hour shift Monday-Friday, plus one weekend per month.
• 40 hours per week.

• Base rate starting at $25.00 per hour with potential increase.
