Capitol Lakes is hiring CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing Team!

Capitol Lakes is a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), conveniently located in the heart of downtown Madison. Capitol Lakes offers flexible scheduling and work life balance, preceptor program / career development opportunities, and Pay Activ (daily pay option).

Wage Range:
Starting at $19.50 / hr. and up, depending on experience

Work Schedule:

Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities! AM, PM and NOC.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Wisconsin is required.
• Prior CNA experience is preferred, but not a requirement.

As a CNA at Capitol Lakes, you will provide person-centered, individualized care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Alongside other clinical staff, you will work collaboratively to promote resident safety and well-being, while assisting residents in all activities of daily living.
