Transitions At Home, is currently seeking to hire a Part‑Time Caregiver/Companion.
We currently have a client on the East Side of Madison with autism seeking companionship, light housekeeping (could include cat care), transportation to the grocery store, appointments and around the community to different programs.
Seeking a caregiver with experience in supporting individuals with developmental or cognitive disabilities. If you are a caring, compassionate Caregiver who would appreciate and enjoy a flexible work schedule, independence, and appreciates a work family team culture, we would love to add you to our Transitions at Home Team.
Drivers License and personal car required
What does a Transitions at Home Caregiver do?
An Caregiver performs services for the clients as necessary to maintain the personal care and comfort of the client while in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with the plan of care under the direction and supervision of the NM Manager.
Hours:
Part‑Time
- 20 Hours a week with the opportunity to pick up more.
- Monday through Friday

Qualifications /
Job Requirements:
- Must be a minimum of 17 years of age
- One year of Caregiving experience preferred
- A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance
