University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Dermatology Supervisor

to:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the department.
  • Serve as an escalation point for patient issues and questions.
  • Recommend and implement guidelines and workflows for the department.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or licensure as an LPN (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or other relevant field (Preferred)
Work Experience
  • 3 years of progressive leadership responsibilities with experience working in a health care related field (Required)
  • Supervisory experience in health care clinic operations (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
  • Certified as CMA, RMA or CCMA or eligible for certification (Preferred)
