Schedule and input all appointments using the scheduling module and ensure pre-procedure activities are scheduled.;
Greet patients and manage admissions by collecting patient identification and insurance information.;
Verify insurance and complete prior authorizations or other payer actions; assist with front-end billing/registration.;
Maintain, assemble, and securely store patient medical and financial records; ensure scanning and filing within 24 hours.;
Communicate procedure and insurance changes to internal teams and patient records; ensure proper signatures and logs.
