Bright Star Care - Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide hygiene care as directed including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting, feeding, linen changes and light housekeeping;
Prepare and administer meals according to client's diet;
Take and record vital signs, as well as height and weight, if necessary;
Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes;
Assist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities and shopping
