Families don’t have to juggle multiple providers—our team delivers collaborative, life-changing care together in one vibrant, spacious clinic.
For over 25 years, the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related counseling field.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or currently working toward independent licensure).
- Functional understanding of how ASD impacts the family system.
- Experience implementing behavioral and cognitive-behavioral interventions.
- previous experience working with children or adolescents with autism strongly preferred
- A self-starter who brings ideas, passion, and vision to the table
- Strong communication, adaptability, and a love of working as part of a team
Bonus if you have First Aid/CPR training!
What You’ll Be Doing- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Conduct sibling and family support groups
- Deliver best-practice outpatient mental health services through assessments, interventions, and collaborative treatment
- Mentor practicum students and interns through training, coaching, and supervision
- Collaborate daily with SLPs, Behavior Analysts, Psychologists, and Mental Health Clinicians to deliver truly integrated care
- Conduct relevant training sessions for staff and the community on the mental health needs of individuals with ASD.
