Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, days. Flexible shift times between 7:00 and 8:00 am Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday rotation required. You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to:

• Serve as the patient’s nutrition advocate.
• Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to patients of varying acuity levels, including management of enteral nutrition initiation and advancement, per the nutrition related protocols.
• Maintain professional competency and skills required for professional practice.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field – Required
• Master's Degree in Nutrition or related field – Preferred

• 1 year of clinical and nutrition related experience – Required
• 2 years of clinical and nutrition related experience – Preferred

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist as delineated by the Commission on Dietetic Registration – Required upon hire
• Certification/Licensure as required by the State of Wisconsin within 3 months – Required
• Certified specialist as required for the position or ability to complete within the first two years of employment – Preferred
