Talkiatry – Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth)

Base Pay Range$70,000 – $90,000 per year
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other behavioral health providers to diagnose, manage, and treat patients.
- Work independently and as part of a team of providers and support staff.
- Utilize our custom integration EMR for patient messaging, progress tracking, and outcome insights.
- Experience caring for a diverse mix of patients with anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
- Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes.
- Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence‑based practices.
- Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline.
- A commitment to high‑quality, accessible, cost‑effective health care.
- Two or more independent and active state licenses.
- At least two active and independent licenses in the states where you intend to practice.
- Technical proficiency with new or streamlined EMR tools.
- Active and unrestricted state license; willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure, as requested, paid for by Talkiatry.
- W2 employment with employer‑paid Health, Dental, Vision Insurance up to 100% of premiums.
- 100% remote telehealth; all equipment provided.
