University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority Guest Services Ambassador (Finance)

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Days. Hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Primary location will be at University Hospital. You will be cross‑trained to work in the Emergency Department for fill‑in as needed and you may be asked to cover at the American Family Children's Hospital.

• Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm.
• Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area‑specific health screening workflows.
• Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required

• Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience Preferred
