This role focuses on resolving billing issues, generating quotes, managing payment‑method challenges, and ensuring orders move smoothly through production. Unlike prior government‑focused roles, this position supports students, dentists, hygienists, and other non‑government customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesBilling Support & Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve billing questions, including charge discrepancies or potential overbilling.
- Review customer accounts and determine next steps to maintain accurate records.
- Create credits when appropriate based on account findings.
- Prepare and send approximately 5 customer quotes daily.
- Provide clear documentation to support billing inquiries.
- Make 5–10 outbound calls per day to address payment‑method issues for orders in production.
- Assist customers in updating or correcting payment methods to prevent delays.
- Set up new orders in the system with accuracy and attention to requirements.
- Apply payments and coordinate with Accounting to keep accounts current.
- Invoicing
- Account reconciliation
- Microsoft Office
- Oracle (or similar ERP)
- Experience in billing, order processing, or customer account support
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable with high‑volume administrative work
- Clear and professional communication skills
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
