• Must pass a background check.
• Patient with good decision‑making and crisis‑management skills; able to handle challenging behaviors.
• Reliable transportation, current auto liability insurance, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to drive clients.
• Proficient with the technology required to perform job responsibilities.
• Strong writing skills for reports and effective presentation of information to managers, clients, POAs, and the public.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Full‑time – $38,000.00 to $40,000.00 per year.
