Medical Procedures of Wisconsin offers a comprehensive range of office-based surgical procedures. We treat various vein conditions, including advanced varicose veins and cosmetic spider veins. Additionally, we address chronic pain, non-healing injuries, and degenerative arthritis using Regenerative Medicine treatments such as Stem Cell Therapy, PRP therapy, prolotherapy, and advanced nerve regeneration therapy. Our clinic also performs minor procedures like skin lesion removal, no-scalpel vasectomy, minimally invasive carpal tunnel release, and hemorrhoid treatments.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Madison, WI. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of tasks including patient care, preparing patients for procedures, maintaining medical records, and assisting with minor surgical procedures. The role also involves administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, updating patient information, and ensuring a well-organized medical office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Assisting and Patient Care
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and maintaining Medical Records
• Ability to manage a Medical Office environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Certification in Medical Assisting is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using medical software systems
• Experience in vein treatments or regenerative medicine is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized Medical Assisting program, LPN, or EMT
