Essential responsibilities include overseeing and managing the operations of Hebron Oaks, ensuring high-quality services for residents/families, developing and managing budgets, maintaining compliance with regulations, overseeing maintenance and protection of facilities, managing staffing, and fostering teamwork and accountability.

Essential qualifications include thorough knowledge of skilled nursing and rehabilitative services administration, working knowledge of federal and state regulations, proven history of commitment to providing exceptional clinical care, effective communication skills, collaboration and partnership with residents/families, staff, and the community, proven leadership fostering a team approach, maintaining confidentiality, exercising independent judgment, planning, organizing, and prioritizing work schedule, willingness to be flexible with hours, creativity and innovation in establishing goals and procedures, and engagement with clinical, therapy, and health information teams.

Experience, education, and/or training required include a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration or related fields, minimum of three years administrative experience in a skilled nursing facility setting, and current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Wisconsin.

Physical, mental, and environmental requirements include adapting to frequently changing work parameters, primarily working inside with frequent sitting, walking, standing, bending, and occasional lifting of supplies not in excess of 25 pounds, understanding and accepting the possibility of exposure to environmental elements, normal physical mobility, normal physical agility, normal physical strength, normal dexterity of hands and fingers, and normal coordination.
