We are looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team in Madison Mineral Point, WI!

Pay:
Base Salary 55k-90k base + Uncapped Commission. Relocation available.

- Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs, earmolds cleaning.
- Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships. Represent Hearing Life as an advocate to making a life changing difference.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories. Maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
- Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinics financial KPIs.
- Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio including conducting hearing tests, coaching and educating patients on hearing aid devices.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
- Ability to operate audiometric equipment and interpret results.
- Ability to communicate test results and propose treatment in a manner easily understood by patients.

- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
- 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
