Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, day shift position. Weekly work schedule will be Wednesday-Friday, and every-other weekend rotation; 4, 10-hour shifts. When working you will be onsite at University Hospital, 600 Highland Ave. Madison, WI

• This position may be eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and optimize discharge.

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required

• 2 years prior relevant experience Preferred

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
