Licensed LPC​/LCSW Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Behavior Therapist to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate client's mental, emotional and behavioral health needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and care strategies tailored to each client
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic methods
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and other providers
• Monitor client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Maintaining comprehensive care notes and adhering to professional and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• State licensure as a social worker/psychologist in the state of Wisconsin
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, electronic health record systems, and experience working with diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
