Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)

This is a great opportunity for pharmacists looking for a short-term assignment in a supportive LTC/specialty pharmacy environment.

RPh On The Go is actively seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a 13-week contract opportunity with a specialty long-term care pharmacy in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with LTC or retail pharmacy experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced dispensing environment and supporting medication needs for long-term care patients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with QS1 pharmacy software, strong order verification skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekends:
Rotating weekend coverage required
Duration: 13 weeks
System: QS1 Order Entry

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and completeness
• Perform pharmacist verification for prescription processing and dispensing
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure timely medication delivery
• Utilize QS1 pharmacy software for order entry and workflow management
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Support medication needs for LTC facilities and specialty pharmacy patients

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License
• Previous retail or long-term care pharmacy experience
• Experience with QS1 pharmacy software required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
