Work Schedule:
Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem, 75% - 100% FTE shifts. Day, day/evening, or evening shifts available. You may be eligible for up to $4,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). You will work at University Hospital, American Family Children’s Hospital, or East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.
Pay:
This position may be eligible for up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE)
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening and night shift differential
- Weekend differential
- Float differential
- Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to:
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and optimize discharge.
- Provide patient and family centered care in a fast paced, dynamic acute care environment at a nationally recognized academic medical center.
- Demonstrate a high level of clinical excellence, autonomy, adaptability, and engagement.
- Commit to on-going learning to advance their clinical knowledge, skills, and abilities through peer mentorship, clinical education, and other learning opportunities.

- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required
- 2 years prior relevant experience Preferred
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
