Position: We are seeking an energetic Activity Aid to join our team! You will lead individuals in meeting collective and individual needs. We are a small day center for adults with special needs (e.g., autism, blindness, seizures, cognitive challenges).

Responsibilities:
- Help individuals develop social and emotional skills.
- Use creative ideas including crafts, games, puzzles, outdoor, and community activities.
- Communicate with parents and school personnel.
- Assess skills and performance to meet developmental milestones.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of people with special needs.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, with ability to adhere closely.
- Problem-solving and mediation skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
