Available Position:

Monday-Friday 7a-3pWhat you'll do:

Help an individual live his best life - at home and in the community

Provide reminders and prompts for personal care and hygiene

Encourage and support healthy eating habits

Foster an active lifestyle, engaging in physical activities and car rides

Follow support plan and detailed protocols
