- Shift Duration: 12 hours
- Shift Time: Day shift, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Hours:
36 - Weekly Estimated Pay: $910 - $980
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Holiday Rotation: As appropriate
- Call: May be required
- Charting System: Epic preferred
- Orientation: Multiple orientation dates available prior to start
- 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, med-surg, or another 24/7 skilled care setting
- Current BLS certification
- CNA or Patient Care Technician (PCT) background strongly preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records;
Epic experience preferred - Comfort working in a high-acuity rehab environment with a team-first mindset
- Strong attendance, reliability, and flexibility are essential
- Ability to work with adult patients receiving inpatient rehabilitation services
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist across the unit as needed
- Provide direct patient care and clinical support in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
- Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, transfers, toileting, and activities of daily living
- Respond promptly to call lights and support patient safety throughout the shift
- Monitor and assist with common rehab needs such as mobility equipment, vital signs, blood glucose checks, and charting support
- Support care for patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic injury, and other complex conditions
- Help with feeding tube care, swallowing precautions, oxygen support, Foley care, wound care, and infection precautions as directed
- Collaborate closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
- Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Follow facility policies related to attendance, breaks, scheduling, and dress code
