This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position, scheduled Monday through Friday. 4/8/10 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay:
This position may be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to split their time between collaborative care and inpatient psychiatry. Responsibilities are as follows:
Primary/Collaborative care
- Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Work as a team with the primary care staff and team psychiatrist helping deliver brief interventions for adult patients, in Primary Care.
- Provide short, but intense follow-up.
- Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement.
Inpatient Psychiatry
Evaluate patients with a wide range of mental health diagnoses.
Collaborate with the patient and multi-disciplinary team on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and psychologists in group therapy program development.
Provide individual and group psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice with a focus on crisis stabilization.

- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field Required
- 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Required
- 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Preferred
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required and
- Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire Preferred or
- Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire Preferred
