Lead float caregiver

Senior Helpers Madison is growing and needs to add another Caregiver Float to our staff! We serve clients in Madison and surrounding communities throughout Dane County.

If you are a skilled Caregiver, CNA or Home Health Aide that is looking for a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours, this is the position for you!

$22.00 - $24.00 hour based on experience, PLUS earn incentives, gas allowances and mileage reimbursement!

Scheduling hours of availability can be discussed. And arranged around your availability.

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 12 hour of availability
• Increased base pay, shift differentials, gas allowance and mileage reimbursement

• Work independently, yet still have the 24/7 support and guidance of our attentive and dedicated office staff.
• Insurance options for all full time employees

• Two or more years of care-giving experience preferred but NOT required
• Ability to provide reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Willing and able to travel in Madison and outlying areas.
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
