Private Practice inside Costco | Full-Time

A growing, well-established optometry team in the greater Madison, Wisconsin area is seeking a patient-focused Optometrist to join their team. This unique opportunity offers the benefits of private practice while working within established Costco locations, with short travel distances between three offices in the Madison market.

The group has been serving the community for nearly 20 years and is known for providing quality patient care and a supportive work environment.

• 5 days per week preferred; open to 4-day work week
• Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays
• Work between 3 locations in the Madison area
• No optical sales responsibilities
• Average patient flow of approximately 2 patients per hour
• Established patient base and strong community presence

This is a full-scope optometry position with an emphasis on:

• Primary care
• Ocular disease management
• LASIK co-management
• Contact lens fitting
• Dry eye management
• Foreign body removal

• Base salary: $145,000
• Production bonus potential
• Health insurance or stipend

• CE allowance/stipend

• State licensure annual renewal fees
