Occupational Therapist School - Madison, WI

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, one-month contract working with early childhood, 4K, and elementary-aged students. This opportunity offers meaningful work supporting childrens development in a supportive school environment near Madison, WI.

24 receiving direct services and 8 on a consultative basis while building strong collaborative relationships within the school community.

• Current and valid Wisconsin OT or COTA license required
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting, preferably with early childhood and elementary populations
• Ability to organize and manage a dynamic caseload efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, dedicated to working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and fostering student success

• Deliver direct therapy to students, adapting activities to support functional engagement and access to their curriculum
• Provide consultative input to staff and families to maximize classroom participation and student achievement
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering insight and recommendations for students needs and accommodations
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective interventions
