About

The Role

The Facility Manager on Duty (MOD) is the on‑site leader for the entire property during assigned shifts. You’ll coach and support team members, ensure exceptional hospitality for guests, and keep operations running smoothly and safely across Food & Beverage, Golf Range/Toptracer, Mini Golf, Batting Cages, Events, the Par‑3 Course, and Front Counter.

This is a hands‑on, highly mobile role with lots of walking and frequent time both indoors and outdoors
. It’s a great fit for someone who loves interacting with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys being active while leading from the floor.

While a golf background is a plus, it is not required! Facility MODs are most successful when they are positive, people‑centric leaders with a strong hospitality mindset.
