NCG Hospitality is looking for a Morning Hotel Guest Service Representative at Double Tree by Hilton Madison East. The role starts at $16.00 per hour with the potential for a higher wage based on experience. Candidates must have hotel front desk experience or at least one year of customer service experience.
In this position, you will provide exceptional service to guests, including making reservations, checking guests in and out, and responding to guest inquiries and needs. The role requires flexible availability on weekends and the ability to work morning shifts from 7 am to 3 pm.
