Lead Rooms Operations with a Focus on Service, Quality, and Team Excellence

Are you a hands‑on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a Rooms Supervisor to support both Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring seamless service, clean and welcoming spaces, and strong team performance. In this role, you will supervise daily operations across multiple departments, assist with guest interactions, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism.

What Will You Be Doing? Responsibilities
  • Supervising the activities and productivity of Front Desk Agents, Night Auditors, Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Turndown Attendants, and Porters
  • Providing frontline support by assisting with guest check‑in, check‑out, and group arrivals as needed
  • Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaints
  • Monitoring work quality and ensuring adherence to established hotel standards
  • Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Assisting with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and daily operational planning based on business levels
  • Managing room status updates and assigning daily credit loads for Room Attendants
  • Issuing, tracking, and inventorying keys at the start and end of shifts
  • Supporting inventory management and assisting with supply ordering
  • Managing Lost and Found, including item logging, storage, and guest follow‑up
  • Monitoring and completing HOTSOS service requests in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a safe work environment and promoting safe work habits among team members
  • Providing leadership and support in the absence of department management
  • Collaborating with leadership on process improvements and departmental projects
What Will You Bring to the Role?
  • Previous guest service experience in hospitality
  • Housekeeping experience strongly preferred
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with computer systems and basic software tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Prior clerical or administrative experience
  • Ability to handle fast‑paced operations and shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure
