Supervises and trains banquet staff in setup, breakdown, and service according to contract and manager's instructions;
Communicates with supervisors and guest contacts to ensure needs are met;
Maintains cleanliness of banquet rooms, banquet pantry, public areas, and storage areas;
Maintains inventory of necessary supplies;
Drafts weekly banquet staff schedule in alignment with forecasted and budgeted labor numbers
