The Conference Management Team within UW Conferences & Events at the University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking a detail-oriented Conference Coordinator to plan and manage multiple academic and professional conferences on and off campus.
You will collaborate with campus departments and organizers on logistics, room diagrams, food and beverage, audiovisuals, and will use various software to detail event needs, create registrations and websites.
