Relocation to the Madison market is required.

We are seeking a results-oriented recruiter who is energized by people, performance, and growth. The right person will be confident, proactive, and driven to build one of the most talent-dense real estate organizations in the region. You may be a strong fit if you are:
- A proven recruiter, talent advisor, or headhunter with a track record of identifying, engaging, and closing high-level talent

- Experienced in outbound recruiting, relationship-based hiring, and managing active talent pipelines

- Comfortable operating in a performance-based environment with clear metrics, expectations, and earning potential
- $130,000–$150,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

What Will You Do?
- Execute the Market Center’s recruiting and growth strategy
- Proactively source, screen, and recruit high-performing real estate professionals
- Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, texts, events, and referrals
- Build and manage a consistent recruiting pipeline
- Schedule and conduct recruiting appointments weekly
- Consult with leadership to align recruiting efforts with market goals
- Track recruiting activity, results, and conversion metrics
- Represent the Market Center’s value proposition with clarity and confidence
- Support onboarding and early-stage engagement to improve retention
- Recruit and interview candidates on a weekly basis
- Share the Market Center value and opportunity story consistently
- Partner with leadership to identify recruiting priorities and target profiles
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting
- Research competitors and market trends to refine the recruiting strategy
- Participate in recruiting events, career nights, and networking opportunities
- Follow proven recruiting systems while bringing new ideas to improve results
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong recruiting, headhunting, or talent acquisition experience
- Goal-oriented mindset with comfort working toward measurable outcomes
- High level of organization, follow-up, and time management
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, positive attitude
- Confidence handling objections and navigating competitive conversations
- Ability to influence without authority
- Background in sales, recruiting, or real estate preferred
- Track record of success in prior performance-based roles
- Comfort with CRM systems, recruiting tools, and technology
