What You’ll Do:

  • Own recruiting from intake through offer for a variety of professional roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build effective hiring strategies
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Conduct interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
  • Manage offers and collaborate on smooth onboarding handoffs
  • Help strengthen recruiting processes and contribute ideas to improve how hiring is done

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and owning the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, candidate‑centric approach and a desire to partner closely with hiring managers
  • Appreciation for flexibility, trust, and working in a supportive, people‑focused, hybrid environment
