What You’ll Do:
- Own recruiting from intake through offer for a variety of professional roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build effective hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and engage candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience
- Conduct interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
- Manage offers and collaborate on smooth onboarding handoffs
- Help strengthen recruiting processes and contribute ideas to improve how hiring is done
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and owning the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, candidate‑centric approach and a desire to partner closely with hiring managers
- Appreciation for flexibility, trust, and working in a supportive, people‑focused, hybrid environment

Pay: $28-$35/hr, depending on experience
