Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards & HR Systems is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures. This position will also lead collaboration efforts with HR Management, team members and cross‑functional teams to analyze and improve business processes while leveraging the return on process improvement and technical capabilities. The Manager will partner with HR teams to ensure that total rewards initiatives are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities HRIS Administration
  • Manages HRIS system (Workday) and implementation of functionality within that system.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of systems enhancements and integrations in alignment with the HRIS Roadmap.
  • Develop and manage ad‑hoc organization‑wide reporting and prepare reports on various metrics as needed.
  • Manage the business process integrations with financial and payroll systems.
  • Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation and overall performance of systems; analyze software releases to assess impact of new features.
  • Manage security settings, create new user accounts, update data tables, configure processes and tools, troubleshoot issues, etc.
  • Develop and deliver effective communications and training for users to optimize the effectiveness of systems and tools.
  • Develop and implement systems integrations, mass data uploads and interfaces.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on future build‑outs of Workday functionality including defining requirements, configuring solutions, managing testing and validation, documenting process change and training users on new processes and tools.
  • Manage data integrity, record‑keeping and records retention and associated audit documentation.
Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)
  • Serves as the subject matter expert on the total rewards offerings and the high‑level business requirements, processes, and workflows of all Human Resources technology solutions.
  • Design, manage, assess, and administer competitive benefits, compensation, and rewards programs that strengthen the organization’s ability to attract and retain employees.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness while partnering cross‑functionally to identify and implement strategies that mitigate rising benefits costs without compromising employee experience.
  • Support compensation initiatives including salary structure development, merit increase design/implementation, pay‑for‑performance plans, variable pay programs, and other total rewards initiatives such as benefits benchmarking, preparing total rewards metrics and other projects as assigned.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive sales compensation plans that align with organizational goals, ensure market competitiveness, and drive desired sales performance outcomes.
  • Participates in ad‑hoc projects on total rewards and continuous improvement initiatives to support the long‑term strategic direction of the organization.
Compliance
  • Maintain and document policies and procedures and updates to Employee Handbooks.
  • Maintain global job classifications in the HRIS by configuring and managing the data entry process to ensure the position management functions effectively.
