We are seeking a detail‑oriented, fast‑paced, and relationship‑driven Talent Experience (TX) Specialist to facilitate recruiting and hiring across our organization. This role is responsible for managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously, sourcing quality candidates at scale, and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, and has a passion for matching great people with great opportunities.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Manage recruiting for a busy portfolio of open roles across multiple departments with speed, accuracy, and quality.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Strategic People Partners to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies aligned to organizational need.
  • Source active and passive candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline such as job boards, social platforms, referral networks, community partnerships, hiring fairs, and direct outreach.
  • Screen high volumes of applicants daily to identify qualified candidates efficiently.
  • Conduct first interviews, assess candidate fit, and move applicants through the hiring pipeline in a timely manner.
  • Schedule interviews, assist with interview question preparation and support Hiring Managers through the process.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and facilitate the offer process.
  • Foster an exceptional candidate experience, communicating regularly with applicants, providing clear information and setting expectations at each stage.
  • Showcase the company’s reputation as a best place to work and provide organizational information, opportunities, and benefit information.
  • Ensure all applicants participate in required assessment process and results are tracked and uploaded into candidate file.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system.
  • Track and monitor key recruiting metrics including Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Source of Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, internal policies, and company requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a search agency and/or in a high‑volume or fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or relevant field.
  • Ability to conduct different modes of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.) and various interview processes (virtual, in person, etc).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiating skills.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Good working knowledge of employment law and legislation, in addition to recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrates Fleetworthy’s company values.

Preferred:

  • Demonstrable experience in high volume customer facing, sales and technology recruiting.
