The Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for performing all HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the Executive Management Team and supervisors. This position is responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action/EEO-1, payroll, and employment law compliance.
- Perform all human resources–related duties at a professional level.
- Work closely with the Executive Management Team and supervisors across the organization.
- Oversee and administer employee benefits programs.
- Manage employee relations matters.
- Lead training and employee development initiatives.
- Administer performance management processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding activities.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment and employment activities.
- Direct affirmative action and EEO‑1 reporting.
- Oversee payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
