Join Our Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent across a variety of areas—including contact centers, consumer sales, administrative, operational, technical, and professional roles. You’ll be involved in every stage of the hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full‑cycle recruiting for technical, managerial, and professional roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop customized recruitment plans.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance within an affirmative action plan (AAP) organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions, crafting compelling postings that attract top talent.
  • Design effective screening methods and interview techniques, setting clear criteria to identify the best candidates.
  • Lead phone screens and interviews, building rapport with candidates and assessing qualifications to recommend top talent to hiring managers.
  • Maintain requisitions and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless, compliant process.
  • Lead recruitment team projects and processes that support talent management, including attraction, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) – OR – 4+ years of professional work experience.
  • 1+ year full‑lifecycle recruiting experience in an affirmative action organization.
Other Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and demonstrated sourcing, networking, screening and assessment skills.
  • Ability to manage high‑volume workload and take ownership of the selection process.
  • Knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and proven track record of innovative initiatives and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of up‑to‑date HR policies, standard practices, laws and regulations, and ability to apply them consistently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with all levels of staff and applicants.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and detail‑orientation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
  • Experience with SAP and ATS helpful.
  • PHR certification a plus.
  • Travel available for some positions.
