Position OverviewThe Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume operational roles, including Movers and Drivers.
This is a metrics-driven recruiting position ideal for someone with experience in staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Review and respond to high volumes of applications daily
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Identify qualified candidates who meet physical and cultural job demands
- Track recruiting KPIs (application flow, interview conversion, hires)
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates
- Support onboarding coordination and hiring documentation
Preferred experience:
- 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience
- High-volume hiring experience strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting for hourly or operational roles is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Data-driven and comfortable tracking performance metrics
- Experience using Google Suite
