The HR Generalist supports daily human resources operations with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and HR administration. This role partners with leadership to attract top talent, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Support employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and workplace issues.
• Administer HR programs including onboarding, benefits, and performance management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with training initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and HR process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR experience with strong recruiting background.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
