Our client located in Madison, WI is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team.
Responsibilities
Will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding for open positions. Respond to employee inquiries and employee relations issues. Management of LOA administration and worker’s compensation. Also responsible for training, off boarding, maintaining safety records, etc. Maintain employee information and changes in ADP HRIS. Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 2 years of progressive HR experience. ADP WFN required.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus! This position is fully onsite- must have the ability to travel to another site in Wisconsin once a week.
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 yearly.
