Senior Human Resources Analyst

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000

Responsibilities of the Senior Human Resources Analyst:

Data Management & Process Improvement
• Clean and standardize HR data across systems
• Implement stronger processes, controls, and reporting structures
• Develop AI‑enabled tools to automate HR workflows
• Partner with a forward‑thinking HR leader committed to technology‑driven improvements

Policy & Compliance Support
• Advise leaders on new or updated HR policies
• Maintain compliance with internal guidelines and HR‑related laws
• Support compliance related to data handling and reporting
• Apply GDPR requirements to appropriate HR data processes

Systems & Reporting
• Work with HR systems;
Oracle experience highly advantageous
• Build and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and automated reporting
• Support early‑morning or late‑day requests when needed for reporting and analysis

Cross‑Functional Partnership
• Collaborate with finance and leverage strong financial acumen
• Provide data‑driven insights to support decision‑making
• Assist leadership with automation, reporting, and compliance projects

Qualifications of the Senior Human Resources Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Experience working with HR data and improving HR processes
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements; GDPR knowledge highly valued
• Ability to create or support AI‑enabled or automation‑focused solutions
• Oracle HRIS experience strongly preferred
• Financial acumen with comfort partnering cross‑functionally
