Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Coordinator, Human Resources to join our team!

This is a hybrid role is working 2-3 days in office in Madison WI location.

The Coordinator, Human Resources provides essential support to enterprise-wide HR functions, partnering closely with the HR Generalist team to implement and maintain key programs, policies, and procedures. This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including recordkeeping, associate file management, compliance monitoring, and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

Reporting to Sr. Manager, Human Resources, the Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring consistency and efficiency across HR practices. The Coordinator will support daily tactical operations, uphold compliance with federal and state employment regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in HR workflows and service delivery.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Provide day-to-day support to the HR Generalist team, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies
  • Manage new hire documentation, intake coordination, sourcing support, and serve as the first point of contact for associate inquiries
  • Maintain and monitor team trackers (e.g., LOA, ADA, onboarding, performance issues) to ensure accuracy and timely updates
  • Oversee associate relations inboxes: assign tasks, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with HR Generalists as needed
  • Maintain secure and organized HR associate records and files
  • Assist with office logistics including management of keys, security fobs, and photo badges, as needed
  • Coordinate associate recognition efforts, including ordering flowers and gifts, as needed
  • Verify associate licenses and certifications through third-party agencies on a monthly and annual basis
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings related to LOA, ADA reviews, and other HR needs
  • Assist with updates and distribution of HR documents (e.g., handbooks, policies, procedures, confidentiality agreements) and ensure documents are posted to the correct sites
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration or Business Administration preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred
  • 1 year of experience as a Human Resources professional required
  • This is a hybrid role in Madison WI working 2-3 days in office
  • 1 year of associate relations experience preferred
  • Experience with coordinating team workflow, tracking of work, and project support preferred
  • Understanding of leave of absence program management and administering ADA in accordance with federal and state laws preferred
  • General knowledge of core Human Resources functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, and EEO/AAP compliance preferred
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
