- Process new hire paperwork, employee onboarding documentation, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA notifications, and open enrollment support.
- Enter payroll deductions, garnishments, benefit elections, and weekly payroll information while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support multi-state payroll and HR compliance, including unemployment claims and employee eligibility requirements.
- Partner with HR leadership to improve payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes while providing exceptional support to employees and branch managers.
- Associates degree preferred with 2+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience.
- Experience administering employee benefits, onboarding, payroll deductions, and multi-state HR or payroll compliance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
