Salary: $55,000–$65,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new hire paperwork, employee onboarding documentation, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA notifications, and open enrollment support.
  • Enter payroll deductions, garnishments, benefit elections, and weekly payroll information while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support multi-state payroll and HR compliance, including unemployment claims and employee eligibility requirements.
  • Partner with HR leadership to improve payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes while providing exceptional support to employees and branch managers.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree preferred with 2+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience.
  • Experience administering employee benefits, onboarding, payroll deductions, and multi-state HR or payroll compliance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
