Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for the Doyle campus at a 0.5 FTE schedule. The role supports staffing, recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS within MMSD's diverse environment.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of HR experience, strong confidentiality, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve a broad community and staff across MMSD.
