HR Business Partner (Employee Relations Focus) – Contract
Pay: $40-$45/hour
Hybrid Schedule

- Provide HR Business Partner support related to employee relations, performance management, talent matters, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct investigations, participate in case discussions, and maintain thorough, legally sound documentation.
- Support attendance tracking, reporting, and HR-related analysis.
- Facilitate disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans, leave of absence discussions, and accommodation requests.
- Partner with leaders to provide consultative guidance on employee concerns and workplace issues.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience; HR Business Partner or Employee Relations experience preferred.
- Strong investigation, case management, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and HR best practices.
