Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR Business Partner support related to employee relations, performance management, talent matters, and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct investigations, participate in case discussions, and maintain thorough, legally sound documentation.
  • Support attendance tracking, reporting, and HR-related analysis.
  • Facilitate disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans, leave of absence discussions, and accommodation requests.
  • Partner with leaders to provide consultative guidance on employee concerns and workplace issues.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience; HR Business Partner or Employee Relations experience preferred.
  • Strong investigation, case management, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and HR best practices.
